It covers the whole of Great Britain down to building level detail and is supplied at either 1:1250 or 1:2500 survey scale. The data has up to 60 layers of information allowing greater flexibility and it can be combined with other datasets for use in GIS.

The file itself is delivered in DXF (a vector file format supported by virtually all CAD products) and is available by e-mail on a same day delivery basis. Our Service Centre is able to convert the DXF into a DWG file for customers but this must be specified at the time of order.

Desktop Mapping customers are now able to take data as a polygon (as well as a square or rectangle) using a new cookie-cutting tool. This is designed to help reduce redundant data and therefore cost.
